04 - WE HANDLE THE REST
When your booking ends, we’ll hand the teardown and pack everything back up. You don’t have to lift a thing.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU BEFORE WE SHOW UP
ENOUGH SPACE
Your event location needs a suitable area for the mobile simulator and required safety clearance.
We need space to accommodate 20×16ft.
We need a clear path to safely bring the equipment into the designated area and to park a vehicle and trailer.
ACCESS
If you’re providing electrical power, we’ll let you know exactly what’s required before your event.
We offer use off of a generator, if this options is chosen or required we will discuss additional costs, just let us know!
POWER
Reasonably flat and stable setup area helps us provide the best experience.
LEVEL GROUND
THE GREEN LIGHT
Make sure you have permission from the property owner or venue before we arrive.
